What is the procedure to do MOD (Memorandum of Registration of Deposit of Title Deed)? I know that Stamp Charge is 0.5% of loan value and DD amount to be taken. What am I supposed to do after reaching the Registrar office, Neelankarai, chennai? Any application form, what documents to be attached, what all documents to be carried. ? kindly help.
