Customs at Bangalore Airport did not ask for a bribe

Traveled from Dubai to Bangalore on 6th Aug 2011, with 2-3 electronic items. The Customs officer on duty asked for the bill, converted the amount to INR using the day's exchange rate, and since it was lesser than the permissible limit; asked us to proceed.
