Driving License & transfer of vehicle - Thane RTO
I directly went to Thane, RTO and applied for driving license. I received the license without paying any bribe. The best part is that they were courteous.
Next i went again to Thane, RTO, to get a card transferred on my name. All process and signatures were complete within 3-4 hours and i got the RC book/card after 4-5 days. I was very surprised to note during the whole process that if the owner of the vehicle goes to them by himself, RTO officials entertain them and give priority over RTO agents.
