Excellent service by Mumbai University - Deptt. of distant education
I visited the university for fetching Migration Certificate for my sister. I was well received by the lady on the counter. She explained all procedures and documents required. I also got the certificate within 8 days of application as promised. Refreshing dealing with a government department.
