I am BN Venugopal ******* ), a serving army officer. I went to RTO office at Koramangale to get my license renewed three months before the due **********, since I will not there at Bangalore near due **********. I explained the same to one Gentle man called Shri **********. He was kind enough and understood my problem. I got my license renewed with paying anything more than what I have to pay. I asked him anything to be paid extra. he said God has given more than I deserve and only kind words are more than enough. i felt proud to be an INDIAN. I felt more happy and my concept of RTO has changed. God Bless those who serve for the manking.
