Got my IDP without paying a bribe
Wanted an Int'l Drivers Permit (IDP) and received it within 2 days at RTO Thane Office. No one asked me for a bribe and the process was quite straight forward. Got a receipt for every penny paid (Rs 500 is the official fee). I had made sure that all my supporting documents / paperwork is in order.
