Got the ration card without paying a penny(Vyalikaval food office)
Cant say I came across a hones govt official as they were merely doing their regular job. I gave all the docs and also had good information about the procedure involved. When you have everything at place, officials do respond positively most of the times(Land registration Dept excluded)
Getting the work done at govt office is not as difficult and painful as it is assumed to be(Registration dept excluded again). Just a tip to everyone going for ration card or any govt work. Get to know about the process well and you will be in a better position to counter the officials..
