He just wanted to make money
I'm on my way to drop my sister who is studying in a engineering college located in OMR road chennai with my driver.we are goin at a speed of 60-7-kmph one of the traffic police stopped our vehicle by saying speed violation & asked us to bring rc book ,when we gave him the papers he asked us topay a fine of 500/- by saying that we need a NOC for a white number plate car in other state,we have a NOC &given to him he said it is only for andhra pradesh not for tamilnadu!!!!!i just laughed at him !!!..........finally i paid a bribe of 200/-..!!!!! there were nearly 6 cars belonging to other states of india they are collecting from every one saying something euukk these tamilians have that racism.every one among them even in colleges offices every where they din't change &they are not going to change
