How the Vadodara RTO system is pushing out the agents
Getting license in any of the cities in Gujarat meant Agents. I know many people who don't know how to drive, but still have a driving license without even having to go to the RTO.
Currently the Vadodara RTO have implemented a token system which requires the person requiring the RTO service has to stand in all the queues and finish the activity. Haven't seen any loophole - I myself tried to avail agent service, but eventually had to stand in the queues for two days and paid only the license issuance fees. And I received the license without any hassles.
