It was a pleasant surprise
I had been to Koramangala, RTO office to transfer vehicle registration on sale. I was prepared to pay the bribe although I had all the documents. But to my surprise nobody asked the bribe and the process was smooth. That day was the most happiest day in my life while dealing with govt dept. I still remember the face of the lady in-charge.
