No need to pay bribe even with my minor shortcomings.
I am a govt. T.G.T in Delhi.In pp application form a question was there - Were you permitted by your dept.? To take permission I applied but it would take time which I did not have.I was sad.I thought I had to pay bribe but how to know whom to pay.Mean time the officer could know my mind and sent a person to help me . He helped me.On police verification too police said only you need to inform the dept. not take permission which takes lot of time. I was relived.My pp was sent to my home address.I went to thank the officer who in reply said why don't you apply for all your family members too.I applied and got too without even a pie.
