We had gone to Police station Talagattapura after receiving SMS about the documents to be shown/submitted (I was some where having always suspicion that police will demand bribe and how to avoid it or handle it without succumbing to their plan) but to our surprise
* we went gave the documents
* police (writer-computer section) received it
* He came to house for verification and did the verification
* He reported it back to passport office
* we got the passport :)
so i must say he was an honest officer(Ashok "9482241013" - police writer-computer wing) because he never even demanded anything to do his job.
