Red Light Jump By a Cyclist
I shave been seeing cyclists jumping red lights without any notice from traffic cops. These cyclists are the ones who cause accidents while someone is abiding the green light. I did see ONLY once that a traffic cop actually stopped a cyclist from crossing on the red light. I stopped by and appreciated the guy.
