Road Tax paid with rcpt of every rupee
When I shifted to Bangalore from Delhi, I was informed by friends to pay the differential Road Tax at the nearest RTO. When I visited the premise, the officer in-charge, not only explained the entire process, gave advice on amount of DD to be prepared and forms to be filled. It took me just two days to file entire things and I collected my papers fully stamped within the time they said it will take (though it was more than expected, they clearly said it will take that much time).
