Rs50 / month solved, But...need to track

Madurai - BSNL head office - customer complaint redressal officer, solved my problem. She is a lady officer.
Actual reason:
Solved by saying "Underground cable" replaced. But nothing was done. Lineman thought him as Mafia. He collected Rs50 . month. When i stopped paying, He cut my telephone connection for a month, leaving internet connection on. Everything communicated BSNL Madurai head office
