I am salaried employee and hardly have any experience visiting Government Offices for the services. I always had a bitter assumptions and feeling of visiting any Government office.
This is one such instance of me visiting the Sub-Registrar's Office at Cholanayakanahalli, Hebbal, Bangalore for my property Registration which has changed my thinking that not all Government officials disturb our morale. When i first entered this office i was sceptical of approaching any staff there. Standing in front of the Sub-Registrar cabin thinking whom to approach, i was welcomed by Mr. Bhaskar S. Chour asking how can help you, that gesture itself removed all my doubts of complexity involved in getting things done at this office. From there on things have been going smooth with me in process of registering my property.
