Transfer of vehicle registration
I had to get my vehicle registration changed from uttar pradesh to kerala. i applied for the same at RTO, Kollam. Even though , I had to pay a number of visits for paying fees, vehicle inspection, hearing etc, after the customary wait period of 3 months, my vehicle registration was changed, without paying any bribe. Congrats to RTO,kollam and his team.
