Vehicle Registration of New Honda Activa purchased thorough Canteen Stores Department.
A Honda Activa purchased through CSD vide Invoice No. 131N01105 dated 31.08.2013, bearing Engine No. JF50E80422763, Frame No. ME4JF501HD8422339 from PARRALAX HONDA(JH060001), NH -33, Near New Shanti Cinema, Ramgarh-829122 Ph. No06553-231336/231936. His Agent has taken Rs. 1500/- for Regd. of the vehicle along with some extra money for others from my representative because by then I was in Estern Command, Kolkota. My representative received the vehicle, Insurence papers all receipts etc and booked by Rly. Parcel to my father's place Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with amessage that all other papers like Regd. Tax token etc. will be posted after receipt from the agent Mr. Jitendra Agarawal Mob. No. 09431115536. But the dealer has not provided any papers to my representative. As I am serving in Indian Army and my Father at a distance from Ramgarh I told to my father to look into the matter. When no message was received for a long time my father enquired over phone to the dealer who said the Regd. No is JH 02A 7974. When asked the dealer the papers he said over phone and scanned two documents and wrongly mention that the papers were received by my parson. In this regard neither he had submitted the papers nor the Regd. Number is correct. Hence your intervension will help me a lot. It seems the dealer has cheated a defence personal.
