For the very first time, I met someone honest to his land.
I was being booked for not wearing a helmet, along with another guy on another motorcycle. He first offered the police officer Rs. 100, which he raised to Rs. 500 after a while. The police officer inspired (at least me) by stating, "the rules of the game have changed." I salute him whenever I pass him by now.
