This was the most hassle-free experience at a Govt office ever. I walked into this place that was issuing Voter ID cards in Basweswaranagar (********** Mutt) with the filled in application. The lady looked at my paperwork, checked my other ID documents and issued me a card then and there. On enquiry if there was a processing fee, she told me this was a free service. This doesn't happen every day in *******
