We didn't pay bribes for khatha certificate
For an apartment that we bought in south Bangalore. we just made the routine applications and it was processed over 4 to 6 weeks. we never offered a bribe nor were we asked for it. maybe it took longer, I don't know, because we had to make 4 to 5 visits (the ostensible reason being forthcoming BBMP elections)
