No counters to get the form. No counters to********** the form. Nonone to guide what the process it. ONLY WAY IS AGENTS SITTING DOWNSTAIRS WHO HAVE SETTING WITH THE CLERKS.
Paid Rs.20 to get the form which should be free of cost.
Paid Rs.800 over that to get the certificate . The people paid were
1.Agent,
2.Notary,
3.Magistrate,
4.Clerk who takes your thumb print and then photograph.
After that we were told to come in the evening . When we reached they said it is not ready as computers have broken down. It will take 30mins more. After 30mins, 1hr more. And then had a hint that they could get it done somewhere else if we pay 700 more. The signal was clear and we had to pay. Just after 5mins , the certificate was in our hands.
