I am from a small village from kadapa district, andhra pradesh. even in 2011 my village doesn't have rtc busses. we have to travel to near by town by auto. my father is a farmer. after my 12th standard, i got b.tech admission in a reputed university through entrance. my district comes under drought prone area. it's difficult to get drinking water.so due to water scarcity there is heavy loss in almost every year of cultivation. so my father don't have money to pay for my education. so i taught of taking education loan. we went to grameena bank near to our village which is also in a small village and it is mandal. we went there by walk and it is around 6km. we talked about the situation to bank manager. first he didn't accepted and later we approached through a broker. then he asked us to pay 6000 for granting 1 lakh. so some how my father borrowed and gave it to him. after giving bribe also he didn't respected my father , he talked with us very badley . so finally what i want to say is,asking bribe those who are rich is not a mistake, because they can pay any amount.but how ********** poor people pay. please think about the situation and go according to that. please leave poor people.
