Aadhar Enrollment Center demanding money

Yesterday my wife went to the Aadhar Enrollment Center for the mobile number update and name change. After doing all the work and collecting all the documents they collected 150 INR as fee and didn't give any receipt. I paid the amount but later came to know that there are not charges for Aadhar enrollment. The name of the lady who had asked for the amount was "Lakshmi".

The location of the Aadhar center was:
