All property registrations in India are bribed!!!!

It is unfortunate, but true that there is not a single property registration that was achieved without the payment of bribe. I registered my flat in Khodhwa through the builder. I was told that I need to bring a certain amount DD for the registrar office and a certain amount for MSEB, plus Rs. 6000 as kickback. No excuse!! This is the way it is always done in India! Thanks to the politicians and government officials!
