I had booked a gas cylinder from local gas distributor for tuticorin my home area. After 5 day of booking and many repeated reminders, I was assured for the delivery on 10.7.2012 but to my surprise I was asked to pay 420/- instead of 395/- as quoted on the invoice carried by the concerned person. When I tried to deny he said bluntly "Dena hai to do, else I would take the cylinder back to godwon" & hence i was forced to pay 25/- as bribe to get the cylinder.
