• Paid INR 5,000

I went to tambaram office for applying ration card, one office staff taken my form and asking 5000 rs for processing documents But, I didn't gave still the documents are in my hand, same thing happening for house tax pay, so still i couldnt able to do my basic citizens responsibility property. I feel shy on government for begging like this
