As a briber I should be questioned

Respected Madam / Sir,

The bribe was not requested by anyone, infact, I searched to find a means to get the job done within a short time and less number of visits. Hope you understand the fact that not every person would be able to take leave easily.

Hence, I would not not share the details of person with whom the interaction happened.

However, request check the obstacles and reduce them wherever possible that a person has to go through when they approach any office.
