Avva ********** is a Rowdy JDs Corporator..leader of some all party council who harass common man/ buidler whether he is buidling a house or complex. This all party council visit all the building with slightest of voilation and demand money not to stop the construction. If not paid they would use their dogs (Area corporators, Engineer, Town planning officials) and find the slightest mistake to give a notice and stop construction. Contacted a LOK AYUKTHA police who asked me if I dared to complain and take on Avva Madesha, I said NO. Then he suggested not to mess with this guys and to negotiate and settle at a lower price. I was asked to pay 3 lakhs....and I finally ended up paying 85000. Please stop these roughes!!! somebody please kill/ eliminate these corrupt and rowdy govt. officials.
