Every company does background check on associates and hire a third party for that. They send the request to police for doing background check for those address where I said mostly in last 10 yrs. So police came to my house asked about me everything. After that there most common line "Beta itna aacha job kar raha hai...kuch chai pani ke liye dena chahiye appko...". My bugger dont feel shy also and they want to get for there work from Govt as well people. They donot understand the salary what they are getting is just because of us which we pay every year.
