I paid 18000 bribe to get the khata transfer done.The person came to my house to collect it.I donot know where the office it and how it functions.First i was sacred whether it is a hoax.I am still not sure if the person worked for the public department of a middleman who has easened the work of these public officials.Looks like things are very much streamlined in these bussiness.
