B.C KHANDURI BLACKMAILED STUDENTS TO PAY BRIBE ELSE HE WOULD FAIL US

I am a final year engineering student in College Of Technology, Pantnagar and had taken up Hindi as additional credits this semester since i didnt have hindi as a subject in high school and it is mandatory to do some minimal course when you are in a govt. college. So this guy- B.C Khanduri was assigned as the instructor. Initially classes were held regularly, but after a few weeks we stopped going as Placement drive was on and other exams were taking place. After that i called him on two or three occasions to discuss about classes- but he said he wasnt free or was out of town. So i thought that this guy himself isnt interested in teaching, so why waste time over an easy elementary subject which is a formality anways? so we all stopped attending and even khanduri didnt complain. It was only last week (4/12/2016) that we had our lab final when he raised his 'concern' about our short attendance. He then told us indirectly that he would penalize us, else we would fail! INCREDIBLE!!!
i was initially against the idea of caving in to his extortion, but was pushed by my classmates who feared he would fail everyone if even one didnt pay up and didnt agree. i felt helpless and powerless since this is final year and it is stupid to risk your degree and fight such idiots.
SO PLEASE ATLEAST PUBLICLY SHAME THIS GUY-B.C KHANDURI , ASSISTANT PROFESSOR, SOCIOLOGY, CBSH, GBPUAT , PANTNAGAR
