I was at a signal and my car was 10 metres or so behind an Army car, the signal turned red just when I crossed the signal. The army car when ahead and I followed suit, but I was stopped by the cops but the army Car wasnt, the cop asked for 700, when we asked for a receipt he laughed and said if you want a receipt then u have to pay 200 INR more.
