Birth Certificate
I am blessed with a baby girl on 7th May. Yesterday I went to Revenue Office (Chandapura) to get Birth Certificate. Officer there helped me to fill the form as form as in Kanada language, later on he asked 300 Rs fees. When i demanded fees receipt than he refused by saying " NO RECEIPT".
I requested him to pay the receipt as you asked me 300 Rs for Birth Certificate Fees. Second time he didn't replied and give a cunning smile. As he was communicating in broken hindi earlier , now he stopped answering. I was in stunned & shocked , because till that time I came to know that they cheated money from me for bribe.
Later on I googled and found that within 21 days, govt issue birth certificate free.
Now, i am thinking , what kind of peoples they are. A baby has just started his life & to prepare his first document they cheated us for bribe.
I hate Bangalore & don't want to raise my kids between these moron.
