Blatant robbery by a police officer

I had to report to this police station for passport identity verification. The officer seemed a bit disappointed when all my papers checked out correctly. In spite of that he wasted no time in asking me for 200 rupees for getting the job done. Frankly, 200 rupees to me seemed extremely meager in comparison to where I was destined for. Never again !
