Bribe of 200 rs to give me the NOC for my license is lost

I dont know the name of officer. It has been held in nerul police station on 30-10-2014 5pm.
I went to get N.O.C for my lost driving license. He first asked me to get afidavit n all and then asked about my profession i told the truth he then told if you go for afidavit it will cost 3-400 so better pay something here. i rejected it and went for afidavit and came to know there is no process like that. Then i had to pay him 200rs to get it after that too he ask me to bring a bundle of A4 sheets for his printer. i rejected and told that is enough.
