Bribe againist Registration of *******

We were in front of the registrar for land registation.Our ddocuments are genuine and from our side everything is correct.The registrar(Patamata,Vijayawada,AP) said that he is not going to registrar the property because we went without broker.We came to know that he is expecting bribe.Then we requested him what we have to do,and why your reluctant to do the registration(Eventhough our documents are fair).Then the registrar became very angry and he said that i will see how it will get registrar.Then again we asked him,is there any problem in our documents.Then again he is very serious and said that he want bribe.Very seriously said that you people came without broker.the way in which he talked with is very cruel.FInally they took 2500/- and registrar the property.
