I was bringing a TV from Srinagar to Bangalore via Delhi through SPicejet Airlines.To my utter surprise after I put my luggage and the person concerned issued the boarding pass a female employee of Spicejet , who was nowhere concerned with the boarding pass issuing counter came and said something in the ears of the boarding pass issuing person. After that the person demanded me RS 1000 to take the TV.I argued that it was not written in T & C but they utterly refused and unloaded my baggage .Then to my surprise the helpers of spicejet approached me and said me to pay something so that the matter is settled.I was shocked add understood the whole story.
I vehemently refused and warned them I am going to write top authorities for the same and took my IPAD for complaining.IN this situation another Spicejet Employee came to me said to calm down and said you can take the TV.At last I was allowed to take the TV without paying anything .
I am surprised how employees of a Pvt Org can go to such an extent.
