Bribe collected by the inspector after passing him in four wheeler test

Today ie, 5-4-2017 at 2.15 pm At a Govt transport department located at KR puram bangalore, an inspector one who conducts four wheeler driving test collects Rs 300 from each individual after passing him in the driving test .
The amount is collected by the driving school agent and later on is handed over to the corrput driving inspector as a lump sum
I am not aware of this name and desigintion .
Please do the needful
