Me and my fried reached a signal in kolkata. while we where standing traffic guard cam to us and asked us why is the guy sitting back not having is helmet. we were looking shocked and we admitted and said sorry. Though we were not good in hindi or Bengali we communicated in English. we communicated with respect. understanding our situation traffic police asked us to show the other documents and every thing was fine. he charged us with RS.800 and we were arguing that the fine for helmet is Rs.100. traffic guard and Sargent both started at us and yelling at us in bengali. we said sorry and told him we had Rs.100 only he force fully took our bike keys and asked us to pay Rs.1200 as fine and he was filling our case with no Insurance + over stepping traffic line + NO Helmet. we stopped him and told him we have only Rs.100... he told "You people come from someplace and you argue with us" you need to pay atleast Rs500 or pay the fine of Rs.1200.. no way to get out thrown him Rs.500 with the only hope that he will suffer one day for *******
