I was asked to pay something by a police who came to my hime for my Address and background verification for my passport.
I ahve all the documents and records perfect but still he is not ready to leave the spot after verification and keep on talking about the delay that may occur for the issue of passport after verification, the problems that may come in future before taking the passport to hand etc. by which he indirectly is blackmailing us to offer him some amount.
With no other option we have to give him the amount (bribe).
I dont know why we need to give such things and Im so angry that time that no correct way I can see to complaint on such things as the higher officials themselves are not ready to listen any such issues from the citizens.
