I had paid a bribe of 30000 in L.T.C.O.E koparkhairne college to get addmission for computer engg inspite of having good marks.all government seats would be sold to people who are ready to pay bribe.ultimatley 90pc of my college mates had come by paying bribe some as huge as 4 lakhs
