Bribe to get transfer from north tamilnadu to south tamilnadu

I was selected for teacher post 2yr ago and as per the counselling i got posted to north of tamil nadu. I needed this transfer as my husband and studying girl child are in south TN. i attended the transfer counselling recently, but i was not finding any place vacant in the south tamilnadu. Later i went to the education dept and got from inside information that vacancies are available but only posting done on the VIP-(Minister) recommendation. As i needed this transfer, i had no option other than pay and get it. As promised by the middle man, i got transfer in a week time after i handed over the hot cash earned through my hard life. I felt helpless and my hard earned money has landed in bribing rich people to improve their wealth.
