Bribe for getting new gas connection

Madam Enterprise situated in Maruthinagar, Madiwala of Bangalore has charged me Rs.6000/- for a new gas connection. Actual receipt provided was for only 3000 which includes deposit for 2 cylinders, regulator, hose and insepection charges. For rest Rs.3000/- there is no explanation from the agency. As I needed the gas connection badly I was forced to pay up and get the connection. Every agency in the city is harassing the customers either to buy a Gas stove at exorbinant prices or pay up in some other way. Unfortunate that we have government system which doesn't give damn about corruption within government agencies as well as in private companies.
