First time when I bought 2 acre of agriculture land, village accountant forced me to pay 5000Rs cash as bribe. As per him, he is supposed to bribe every one in the registration office to get the Katha. Again this time we bought 1 acre of land and again was made to pay 2000 Rs of Bribe.
Once they come to know people from Bangalore is buying the land. They will increase the birbe.
