Bribe for Marriage registration.

I was asked to pay a sum of 500 Rs as bribe. The worst part was that the officer made a run about for all the documents that were also not required for the purpose(Registration of a Christian marriage held in a church). She finally agreed to start processing and register my marriage after i was ready to pay the bribe.
