I wanted birht certificate for my daughter in English. The municipality charges Rs 75 extra for English translation and take some days to deliver. But I was approached by a tout, who are omnipresent in sarkari offices, to give Rs 500 and get the certificate in 3 days time. Otherwise he told me no gurantee when I would get it. I didnt have patience to wait for eternity, so i bribed to get it. Shame on me !!!
