I went to Nagar Plika Chhindwara for Marriage certificate, the babu whose was in-charge of all kind of registration gave me the list of documents required for the same. I collected all the relevant documents and next day morning i went to the same office. That babu checked all the documents and asked me to come after 1 week, When i went after 1 week , he asked me that Sahab is very much busy and you write down your contact no. in the form , i'll inform you when ever he will be free. Next day morning he phoned me and asked me to come along my wife then i went there and he asked me to present infront of Sahab, i said ok then we all three went there, within no time Sahab signed in the certificate and then we came out from the room he was asking me Rs.300/- as a registration charge , i said i already paid the amount and for that i am having receipt, then he told no this is additional charge that you have to pay. then i asked him about the receipt , he was telling this is without receipt and he told me that without additional charge you will not get the certificate. then i settled the case in Rs.200/- and collected the same from him
