I have done two registrations in Bangalore, first being in 2004 in the KR Puram office where I paid a bribe of 4000 RS and 6 years later same office I paid a bribe of 20,000 RS. 5 times increase in 6 years. Shelling 20 K was painful? Yes it was but there is no other choice unless we all stand up and stop this crime.
