Bribed for cancelling bike NOC without going to Hyderabad

Had to get Hyderabad NOC for bike cancelled. Would have needed to go to Hyderabad to do so. They could have done it with a simple email confirmation. However, the officer demanded a bribe through the RTO agent. So, had to shell out 1000 bucks!
